Joint Venture
A new joint venture between WilsonZinter Enterprises Ltd. (WilsonZinter) and CWA Engineers Inc. (CWA), Palaguala Projects is a female majority-owned, indigenous project development company.
WilsonZinter's principals bring their expertise in regulatory and environmental consulting, strategic stakeholder engagement, and direct involvement in indigenous incorporation for successful project development. Their decades of experience in the energy sector encompasses multiple projects in First Nations territories.
CWA is a multidisciplinary engineering and project management firm that provides professional services in a wide range of industries including ports and terminals, mining and minerals, construction materials, wood products, marine infrastructure, energy, and the public sector.
